Simple and Accessible Student Reports

We provide:

• More than 50 standard student reports - and growing. We supply the student reports most commonly used by colleges with every configuration.  All reports are parameter-driven - so you can delve deeper into the information - and each can be presented in list or graphical format. As TopSchool implements additional institutions, our library of standard reports our student data management system will continue to grow and become available to our full user community.

• An ad-hoc reporting tool for custom report creation. If the reports you count on are not in our standard package, you can easily create your own using the TopView^TM ad-hoc reporting tool. Built on the Microsoft Reporting Services platform, this suite is included in our standard student administration system package and features simple drag-and-drop capabilities. A custom report may be saved for constant use, and kept private by its creator or shared with other users.

• Export Capabilities. We believe that all necessary tools are available in the TopView^TM reporting suite, but we understand that many users feel most comfortable using tools like Excel and Access. We provide a one-click export of data into your favorite commonly used programs - so you can see your data the way you like to see it.

• No IT involvement required. TopSchool's student administration system provides a simple interface to help eliminate the need for advanced IT assistance.
