reporting suite, offers both standard reports and an ad-hoc
reporting tool - which makes it simple for all staff to access and
create their own custom reports. From your Director of

- More than 50 standard student
reports - and growing. We supply the student reports most
commonly used by colleges with every configuration. All
reports are parameter-driven - so you can delve deeper into the
information - and each can be presented in list or graphical
format. As TopSchool implements additional institutions, our
library of standard reports will continue to grow and become
available to our full user community.
- An ad-hoc reporting tool for custom report
creation. If the reports you count on are not in our
standard package, you can easily create your own using the
TopViewTM ad-hoc reporting tool. Built on the Microsoft
Reporting Services platform, this suite is included in our standard
package and features simple drag-and-drop capabilities. A custom
report may be saved for constant use, and kept private by its
creator or shared with other users.
- Export Capabilities. We believe that all
necessary tools are available in the TopViewTM reporting
suite, but we understand that many users feel most comfortable
using tools like Excel and Access. We provide a one-click export of
data into your favorite commonly used programs - so you can see
your data the way you like to see it.
- No IT involvement required.
TopSchool provides a simple interface to help eliminate the need
