This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of
information we collect through our web site, www.TopSchoolinc.com, and our service TopSchoolLive.
The use of information collected through our service shall be
limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the
Client has engaged TopSchool.
Information Collected
We collect personally identifiable information about you through
our web site, www.TopSchoolinc.com, when you
explicitly provide this information in connection with one of the
services TopSchool provides, such as when you voluntarily provide
us information to request a product demo, submit an online inquiry
or leave a comment on our blog. We collect personal
information such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone
number. If we collect information from you, we clearly
identify which information is necessary to fulfill your request and
which information is optional.
Our Use of Information
In the normal course of our web-based operations, the
information we collect from you is used to provide you with the
services and information that you request.

Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients
TopSchool collects information for the TopSchoolLive service
under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship
with the individuals whose personal data it processes. TopSchool
works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their
customers concerning the purpose for which personal
information is collected.
TopSchool collects information for our Clients. Customers of a
TopSchool Client who wish to no longer be contacted should contact
the institution directly.
TopSchool may transfer personal information from the
TopSchoolLive system to companies that help us provide our service.
Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions
in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service
agreements with our Clients.
TopSchool has no direct relationship with the individuals whose
personal data it processes in the TopSchoolLive service. An
individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or
delete inaccurate data should direct his query to TopSchool's
Client (the data controller). If the Client requests TopSchool to
remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30
business days.
TopSchool will retain personal data we process on behalf of our
Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client.
TopSchool will retain and use this personal information as
necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes,
and enforce our agreements.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if
you no longer desire to be contacted by TopSchool, Inc., you may
update your information or ask to be removed from our records by

We will retain your information as needed to provide you
