Continuing Education Programs Learn How to Leverage Student Profiles to Improve Recruitment and Retention
TopSchool to Lead Session at AAACE Annual Conference
Denver, CO - October 26, 2011 - TopSchool, a leading SaaS provider of Student Lifecycle

help educators across the country understand, create and use

programs, and support those students through graduation.
Justin McMorrow, co-founder and Chief Customer Officer
of TopSchool, will be presenting on student profiles at the
2011 annual conference hosted by the American Association
for Adult and Continuing Education (AAACE).
"Adult and continuing education students often come to college
with more outside responsibilities, including work, financial and
family commitments," said McMorrow. "It is critical that
institutions track as much student information as possible so they
can deliver the necessary level of support to help every one of
these students succeed."
McMorrow's presentation, "Using Student Profiles to Recruit,
Retain and Increase Student Success" will provide insight into the
demographic, behavioral/psychographic and educational information
schools should be collecting and tracking for each prospect and
student. By relying on student profile data in their recruitment
and retention efforts, colleges will have greater insight on their
ideal student, enabling them to make sure that a student who is
likely to succeed actually does.
McMorrow has presented on the topic of student profiles at
several education events, including DETC and APSCU, as well as a number of state based
career and proprietary college conferences. He co-founded
TopSchool, and prior to this, served in a number of executive roles
at eCollege.
The session will take place on Wednesday, November
2nd at 8:00 a.m. Attendees will gather for the 60th Annual Conference, which
follows the theme "Adult Learning in Our Complex World," from
October 30th - November 4th at the Hyatt
Regency Indianapolis.
