TopSchool Partners with Southern Careers Institute to Streamline Student Information Management Across Seven Campuses

Southern Careers Institute (SCI) has selected TopSchool to streamline its student information management processes across its seven Texas campuses.  TopSchool's Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) system provides an integrated solution to meet the needs of a multiple campus structure, while also enabling enterprise-wide reporting and analysis.

"TopSchool provides an easy way for each of our campuses to take charge of their own student information management in a consistent manner, while still providing an integrated, central location for our administration to view, manage and report on data as a whole," said Joe Fox, CEO of SCI. "This will provide us with a strategic advantage over other institutions who don't have this ability."

Fox continued, ""With TopSchool's comprehensive SLM system, each of our campuses will have information and tools at their fingertips to better serve our students.  Not only does TopSchool's system center around the success of our students, it allows our administrators  to benefit from its flexible, easy-to-use system and cost-effective SaaS model, which are second to none in the industry."

TopSchool's SLM is delivered in a Software-as-a-Service model, and goes beyond the capabilities of a traditional SIS.  It provides the portal for prospective students to learn about SCI's programs, the customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage prospects through admission, the student information system (SIS) to track and manage the institution's students from enrollment through program completion, and finally an intelligent reporting suite to measure outcomes and improve offerings.  Additionally, the system easily integrates with other third party applications.

"With multiple campuses, we want to make it as easy as possible for SCI to simplify the way it manages student information," said Matthew Schnittman, president and CEO of TopSchool.  "Our system allows SCI to automate processes among each of its individual campuses, making data easier to access and report on, and enabling SCI to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the success of its students."
