TopSchool partners with Tiffin University's Ivy Bridge College to Better Manage Student Information and Communication
TopSchool's SLM Helps Rapidly Expanding College Meet Demands and Drive Retention
Ivy Bridge College of Tiffin University has partnered with
TopSchool to leverage the company's next generation Student
Lifecycle Management (SLM) system. The partnership enables the
rapidly expanding online college to efficiently and effectively
manage student records, communicate with students and generate
reports.
"We've had an overwhelming number of students enroll in our new
online programs, and it's imperative that we provide the best
possible support to meet student demands and retain students
through program completion," said Dr. Cam Cruickshank, managing
director of Ivy Bridge. "Not only did we need a student
management system that could get us off the ground quickly, but we
also needed one that was easy to use and flexible given our limited
IT resources. TopSchool's solution and SaaS model fit the
bill perfectly. The management, communication and reporting
capabilities help us drive retention and deliver the kind of
educational experience our students expect."
Through TopSchool's SLM, Ivy Bridge can leverage student
information in a way that goes beyond the capabilities of a
traditional SIS. Staff can efficiently track prospect and
student data, as well as report on outcomes to monitor
organizational performance and make improvements.
Additionally, the college's Success Coaches can easily communicate
with and provide guidance to students through the system's CRM.
"Ivy Bridge is forward thinking in addressing the needs of a
traditionally underserved population, and has recognized the
importance of supporting these students throughout the entire
educational process," said Matthew Schnittman, president and CEO of
TopSchool. "The implementation of the TopSchool solution will
allow their staff to focus on student achievement instead of
cumbersome administrative processes."
Ivy Bridge College is a part of Ohio's Tiffin University.
The college's students earn a highly respected Tiffin University
degree, which is authorized by the Ohio Board of Regents, and
accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools
Commission (NCA) and by the Association of Collegiate Business
Schools and Programs (ACBSP). The college's online programs
include: Associate of Arts in General Studies; Associate of
Business Administration degrees in Accounting, Business and
Computer & IT; and Associate of Criminal Justice in Law
Enforcement.
