TopSchool and Cambria-Rowe Partner to Streamline Student Information Management

TopSchool's System Provides Efficiencies and Eliminates Redundancies

Cambria-Rowe Business College (CRBC) is using TopSchool's Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) system to streamline its approach to accessing, tracking and reporting on student data.  By leveraging TopSchool's SLM system, CRBC is more efficiently managing student information and eliminating redundancies, ultimately providing an enhanced education process.

"One of our core principles at CRBC is the utilization of new technology to drive the highest quality educational experience possible," said Mike Artim, executive director of CRBC.  "Over time, our existing system became too difficult and timely to manage in-house, requiring redundant processes and providing little benefit to us and our students.  TopSchool's SaaS model, user friendly interface and integration capabilities enable both our staff and students to easily navigate the education process from start to finish."

TopSchool's SLM system goes beyond a traditional student information system, and includes a customizable student portal, an easy-to-use CRM component, a robust SIS, and an intelligent reporting suite.  The system manages student information from prospect through placement.

Using TopSchool's SLM, CRBC no longer has to enter data numerous times by each department, as was the case with the previous system.  This more efficient way to manage data coupled with TopSchool's unique custom reporting suite, TopViewTM, allows CRBC to analyze key information from anywhere in the system in order to enhance the learning experience for its students.

CRBC's students also have more self-service options through TopSchool's portal, which makes it easy for them to interact with CRBC and its educational community.  Additionally, the TopSchool SLM is integrated with the school's Learning Management System, Agilix.

"CRBC is focused on the entire student experience from interactive learning during the program to job opportunities upon graduation," said Matthew Schnittman, president and CEO of TopSchool.  "Our system directly aligns with CRBC's commitment to its students, allowing the college to better manage and use information throughout the student lifecycle to drive the best possible outcomes."

CRBC is a two-year business college offering programs in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Computer Support Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, and Medical Office Administration.  CRBC is an accredited member of ACICS with campuses in Johnstown and Indiana, PA.
