TopSchool Adds Key University Veterans to Management Team
Denver, CO - October 28, 2008 - TopSchool, a
leading SaaS provider of administrative solutions optimized for
small to mid-size higher education institutions, has announced the
addition of Anthony Hill as chief technology officer. As a
renowned speaker, author and technologist focused on
Software-as-a-Service and Cloud Computing, Hill brings more than 25
years of IT industry and education experience to TopSchool, where
he will lead the company's product development and management.
Hill most recently served as CIO and e-Business leader for
Golden Gate University where he led an IT turnaround and
architected a university transformation to an e-Business
model. Beyond higher education, Hill has tremendous
experience leading software development as a managing director at
GE Capital and Scient, as well as CTO for homebid.com.
Hill has been recognized within the industry as one of
Computerworld's "Premier 100 IT Leaders" in 2008, as one
of the top 100 CIO's by CIO Magazine in 2004, and as one
of InfoWorld's "Top 100" in 2003. In 2002, he was
named along with the "25 Most Influential CTO's" by
InfoWorld. As a well-known thought leader, he is a
frequent lecturer on enterprise IT and SaaS, and he recently
co-authored "CIO Best Practices: Achieving Strategic Value with
Information Technology," published in 2007 by Wiley and Sons.

Additionally, TopSchool has added Chris Chumley to the team as
director of product management. Chumley brings deep
experience in student information systems to TopSchool from his
more than five years as a program manager at DeVry
University. While at DeVry, Chris managed multiple teams as
part of the student information system rollout to more than 85
sites nationwide. He also spent more than seven years leading
system integration and change management projects at Cap Gemini
Ernst and Young Consulting.
