TopSchool's Justin McMorrow to Speak at 2010 DETC Annual Conference
Denver, CO - April 7, 2010 - TopSchool's Senior
Vice President and Co-Founder Justin McMorrow will be presenting at
the upcoming Distance Education and Training Council (DETC)
84th Annual Conference in Del Mar, CA. McMorrow's
presentation, " Supporting the Entire Student Experience: Meeting
the Demands of a Learner-Driven Market," will take place on
April 13, 2010 at 2:30p.m Pacific Time.
McMorrow will examine the ways that institutions can leverage
and integrate their systems to support a complete picture of each
unique student. By streamlining data management, schools can
gain deeper insight into a student's preferences, learning
abilities and outcomes, so the institution can best meet a
particular student's needs and the student can maximize the
education experience. McMorrow will share his insight on how
schools can use information to more efficiently 1) recruit the
right kinds of students, 2) quickly launch new programs, and 3)
tailor offerings and delivery modes - all in an effort to meet the
demands of a learner-driven market.
McMorrow has more than a decade of experience in the education
industry, helping student-centric institutions provide greater
access to education. He has worked closely with colleges and
universities to build and grow successful programs that meet the
unique needs of today's students. Most recently, he co-founded
TopSchool, Inc., which delivers a robust student lifecycle
management (SLM) system to track and report on student information.
Prior to TopSchool, he served in a number of executive roles at
eCollege, a leading provider of Software as a Service eLearning
solutions to the education industry.
