UNAD Florida and TopSchool Partner to Automate Processes and Increase Efficiencies
Denver, CO - March 31, 2010- UNAD Florida has
selected TopSchool's Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) system to
more efficiently track and report on prospect and student data.
TopSchool's SLM system will help UNAD grow and manage its programs
by automating candidate and student tracking processes, as well as
providing the ability to pull key data into custom and standard
reports.
"The manual processes we had in place made student management
cumbersome - we needed a solution that would allow us to more
efficiently access and report on an increasing amount of data,"
said German Posada, business development manager of UNAD Florida.
"Not only does TopSchool provide a central location to access and
manage information, it also will allow us to make better use of our
data by easily creating reports necessary to support our students,
programs, accreditation and growth."
Posada continued, "From its scalability to its integration with
our accounting and learning management systems, TopSchool's SLM
system will make our entire operation more efficient now and in the
future."
TopSchool's SLM solution is delivered in a
Software-as-a-Service model, and goes beyond the capabilities of a
traditional student information system (SIS). It provides the
portal for prospective students to learn about UNAD Florida
programs, the customer relationship management (CRM) system to
manage prospects through admission, the SIS to track and manage the
institution's students from enrollment through program completion,
and finally, a reporting suite to measure outcomes and improve
offerings. Additionally, the system easily integrates with
other third party applications, such as a school's LMS.
"We are pleased to be working with UNAD Florida as they look for
new and exciting ways to help the Hispanic community advance its
skills," said Matthew Schnittman, president and CEO of TopSchool.
"Because our system makes data easier to access and report on, UNAD
Florida will be able to use the information to direct programs to
better meet student needs, ultimately contributing to the success
of its students."
UNAD Florida is licensed by the Commission for Independent
Education. The purpose of UNAD Florida is to fulfill the
educational needs of Hispanic immigrants who want to improve their
quality of life by seeking higher educational degree courses,
leading to more lucrative career options in a variety of fields.
These include Business Administration, Mass Communication,
Psychology, Information Technology and Education. Courses are
offered via the internet, on a fully bilingual platform to educate
and graduate bilingual professionals. Today, UNAD Florida is
pleased to offer five Undergraduate programs and two Master's level
programs.
