Position Reinforces Company’s Focus on Delivering the Highest Level of Customer Service and Helping Schools Grow
Denver, CO - March 24, 2011 - TopSchool, a leading SaaS
provider of Student Lifecycle
Management (SLM) solutions for higher education, has named
co-founder and Senior Vice President Justin McMorrow
to Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This new position builds on
TopSchool's commitment to delivering an engaging, productive and
supportive customer experience, and also aligns with the growth
goals of the company and its customers.

been a key point person for our customers - throughout his career
he has become a trusted advisor and champion for colleges and
universities," said Matthew
Schnittman, co-founder and CEO of TopSchool. "We are
pleased to formalize the CCO role and grateful that he has taken on
this added responsibility. It furthers our promise of delivering
the highest level of service so that we can continue to strengthen
the company and our customers can achieve their goals."
As CCO, McMorrow will continue to lead all customer facing

and universities, helping them provide greater access to education,
improve student data management processes, and enhance the overall
educational experience.
"As TopSchool continues to grow, we saw a distinct need to
ensure that each and every customer has a direct line of
communication to our executive team," said McMorrow. "We want
our customers to know that they are top of mind in everything we
do. The way we have built our business, from our system
architecture to our service organization, supports our customers'
ability to meet the needs of their growing student
populations."
Prior to joining TopSchool, McMorrow spent close to a decade
holding management and executive level positions at eCollege, which
was acquired by Pearson, LLC. He also was an early founder of
the Institute for Education Best Practices at the American
Productivity and Quality Center.
McMorrow has published best practices white papers and resources
on student data management, including Improving the

How to Make Informed Decisions Based on Successful Student
Profiles. He also has spoken at numerous education conferences,
including those put on by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC),
the New York
Association of Proprietary Colleges, and the California
