SaaS Leaders CampusDocs and TopSchool
Partner
Partnership provides campuses looking for
more flexible, cost effective IT solutions a better
alternative
CampusDocs, Inc., a leader in SaaS (Software as a Service) based
Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) solutions, today announced that
it has partnered with TopSchool, a leader in Student Lifecycle
Management (SLM) solutions. The two companies have signed a
partnership agreement and have initiated work to more tightly
integrate their DLM and SLM solutions together.
Both CampusDocs and TopSchool utilize a Software as a Service
delivery model that dramatically reduces a client's upfront
investment and removes the headaches and cost of updating and
managing complex IT solutions. The SaaS delivery model frees up
valuable financial and human resources by eliminating the need to
install, configure, maintain, update and support yet another
information system and instead focus their resources on meeting the
evolving challenges of the higher education marketplace.
CampusDocs DLM solution provides a complete document imaging and
management solution that helps educational institutions organize
and manage the large volumes of paper and data that fill their
offices. CampusDocs solution works with all the major scan
equipment and multifunction device vendors on the market today and
is designed to easily integrate with a broad range of third party
solutions and data sources.
TopSchool's SLM solution goes beyond the capabilities of a
traditional SIS by providing a portal for prospective students, a
customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage prospects
through admission, a student information system (SIS) to track and
manage the institution's students from enrollment through program
completion, and finally an intelligent reporting suite to measure
outcomes and improve school offerings.
"In these challenging economic times, we believe that the demand
for cost-effective delivery models like SaaS, over traditional
software purchases will continue to grow," said Kevin Awaya,
President, CampusDocs. "TopSchool and CampusDocs share a common
philosophy that schools can get the solutions and services they
need without having to make large upfront investments in software
and equipment. We are excited about the partnership with TopSchool
and look forward to working together."
"CampusDocs fit TopSchool nicely both from a business and
technology perspective," said Matthew Schnittman, President and CEO
of TopSchool. "TopSchool was built around a vision of an open
technology architecture, allowing our customers to take advantage
of best-of-breed solutions in the market and this partnership
brings another part of that vision into greater focus."
